Do labels like "low-fat" or "no-fat" etc, skew your thinking of what's healthy and what's not? Do you buy products based on "healthy" labels?

I dont read labels. I just went on a diet and lost 27 pounds so it doesnt really matter wat i eat. I just exercise a lot.

i dont look at labels, i am not on a diet, i dont care, as long as it tastes good. But for some people i think that they do look at the labels but dont recognize "hidden words" like other words for sugar.

I don't really care about labels. My mom is a freak when it comes to labels. I don't really care much of the labels because I dance so often that I burn off the food and calories.

I dont look at the labels. It doesn't matter to me about them either if I buy food.
